You may schedule by calling 812-200-8177. Appointments are typically available Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm. If you are unable to reach me, leave a message, and I will call you back as soon as possible (most likely within 24 hours).
You may also register as as new client by clicking on Register as a new client in the box below. I will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
